The firm was founded in 1997<\/strong> by the Hidalgo Fern\u00e1ndez-Z\u00fa\u00f1iga brothers<\/strong>, \u00c1lvaro and Jos\u00e9 Luis, a chartered accountant and a lawyer respectively.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Both had previously developed their careers individually and had over 15 years’ experience<\/strong> in the accounting, finance, tax and commercial fields when the company was formed<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

In the 2.000s, they also specialised in insolvency law, managing and liquidating companies, many of which had a significant national track record. <\/strong> <\/p>\n

The team currently consists of lawyers, economists and accountants<\/strong> who are constantly trained and updated on the latest developments, changes and amendments to existing regulations.<\/p>\n
