The firm was founded in 1997 by the Hidalgo Fernández-Zúñiga brothers, Álvaro and José Luis, a chartered accountant and a lawyer respectively.
Both had previously developed their careers individually and had over 15 years’ experience in the accounting, finance, tax and commercial fields when the company was formed.
In the 2.000s, they also specialised in insolvency law, managing and liquidating companies, many of which had a significant national track record.
The team currently consists of lawyers, economists and accountants who are constantly trained and updated on the latest developments, changes and amendments to existing regulations.
